"I really enjoy this place but now for me at least there has been an issue especially late at night where people fill the need to park where ever they want in spots that aren’t even real parking spots and park at the very end and give not only me but other people issues leaving their own parking spots it’s getting ridiculous people are being this selfish and careless. And I hope they do something about people doing this. Call me a Karen or Kevin I don’t care, wrong is wrong and I’m calling it how I see it"

"If I could give negative stars…I would! This place is AWFUL! The entire office staff has way too much turnover and every single person has no clue what they’re doing nor do they care! Every time you submit a maintenance request, they complete it in their system but the problem is NEVER fixed! There’s mice, ignorant neighbors and staff! The buildings stink from the old carpeting. There’s serious plumbing issues, water leaking through bathroom vent in ceiling and now our bedroom wall looks like it’s going to cave through at any moment! Damaged vehicle and stolen tags and they could care less! DONT RENT HERE!!!!! You WILL regret it severely"

"Good experience overall. The apartments are reasonably nice and well kept up, and so are the grounds. Price relative to the housing is reasonable. Plenty of parking. Good location (lots of restaurants and stores nearby). They are very prompt about addressing most problems. Only issue I've ever had is once I ran into a problem with their billing system, and resolving it was more of a hassle than it should have been. But overall, it has been a good experience."

"Been living like this for three days. The only response we've gotten is "the plumber is booked and can't come right away." No access to your kitchen and it seems that everyone is just nonchalant about it. How is this fair?"

"Orlando is the best maintenance person I have worked with. I have been here for 10+ years and have never had anyone actually want to complete the job. when I asked for my mold issues to be completed he did it that day! not only that he came back many times to make sure the job was completed. Now I'm only waiting for a paint job. He is on the ball and a pleasure to work with."
