"They've been constantly stepping their game up ever since I moved in. New wash room, new driveway, maintenance is timely, exterminators are consistent, and when changes are being made they make sure to send updates via text, email, & written notes on the doors. Haven't had a problem yet"
"As long as this building is controlled by Everall LLC / Overlook Property Group, it is a slum. Bedbug, roach and rat infestations. Loud parking lot parties at 4 a.m. Avoid at all costs! Disgusting."
