"This is what I’m dealing with rn now in 607 East church lane apartments building A . They take our money but look at the conditions we in . I’ve been spending money left and right on bait , my own personal exterminators and everything . I just had a baby and sad to say a huge one was crawling on her pillow . I’ve called maintenance several times to complain and nothing has been done . This is ridiculous . I’m saving every picture etc . I’m going forth with this cause these are unsafe living conditions for me and my kids . I need to move ASAP but how when I have to pay rent here smh . I’m getting a lawyer ."

"HORRIBLE place for people to live. We who live here complained about the conditions of the apartments and all they did was re do the outside. The apartments are infested with BED BUGS AND ROACHES. Management does nothing! Their maintenance men don’t speak English so you can’t communicate with them while they attempt to fix something."

"I just had a real positive experience with this company. I have been renting from them for 7 years and while things have not always been the greatest. Today completely changed my mind about certain things. The lock on the door to my back bedroom wasn’t working and we couldn’t get access to it. I went downstairs and spoke with Evelyn and Rose then I called the maintenance number. What used to take a day or two, today they came out within a matter of hours. They were all nice and professional, I appreciate the quick response, thank you all!"

"The management team here really cannot help with anything. I'm having an issue with my rent and instead of directing me to who I should talk to Evelyn tells me she doesn't handle lease renewal issues. They rushed me off the phone and did not resolve the issue. I have yet to speak to my landlord or someone from corporate and its been days now. If I am signed into a lease for a year don't send me a renewal early and then say you can't find it two months later and now I have to pay more in rent because of it how is that right?... I am beyond frustrated with the way things are ran here. If you can avoid living here please do it's not worth the headache. I'm sure they are gonna want me to cooperate when paying my rent but I can't even get a simple phone call or an apology for negligence on their behalf smh"

"My wife and I have 2 moth living here, we're really clean persons we've no problem with mice, roches or bed bugs thanks to good, i don't give a 5 stars cuse i think the maintenence could be better, some kids put holes on the walls and they haven't fix it or paint it, i think the carpet from all the halls needs to be changed and the walls need to be painted, but in side my apt I'm really happy. My Secon review today its 04/15/2017, right now we have almost 1 year living here, we couldn't be happier, they painted the the hallway walls end fix it, still needs new carpets on the hallway but im pretty sure they're going to change it, they put 2 security guards to patrol the building so we feel grate here...."
