"Has potential if management were on top of stuff, but it’s honestly not great. When you go online and look at their website don’t be fooled. The rooftops have no furniture, and its not that clean. The units themselves are pretty nice with big windows, but that’s about it. Parking is 150 a month and other people will park in your spot, and people will park in no park zones making it hard to navigate. There is no security, no cameras, and no security systems in units. We’ve had multiple break-ins and incidents since I moved in here from addicts on the street. I never get packages delivered here because they will either get stolen or just never delivered by USPS. Currently, the trash room on our floor is filled to the brim with trash that has been sitting for days (bc people who live in this building are too lazy to send it down the shoot) and now we are dealing with a gnat infestation in our apartment. Reached out to maintenance and the property manager and nothing. Mind you, we pay 2000 a month for a 2 bed for this. Its not worth it. I’m so glad I only have 3 weeks left in this place."

"Worst place to live. First let's start with maintenance and how they never fix appliances. Next, Paying $150 for a parking spot that is not fully yours. No elavators to bring in furniture/groceries. Feins busting in windows, stealing packages. Alarm comes on every day @ 7pm and stays on for over 30 mins! It's a mess. What I can say good though is that there is a man who cleans the parking lot mon-Friday to make it look goood but that's about it. Spend your money elsewhere Do not be fooled."
