"My husband and I have lived here for almost three years now in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. Everyone who visits us always has something positive to say about this complex. It’s SUPER quiet, VERY clean, friendly neighbors, and a great community. So many great things close by, our church, the gyms, parks, and restaurants. The easy access to the train is a plus. Management is super nice, and very accommodating! They get things done FAST. Maintenance is awesome, any issues are addressed immediately and in an organized manner. No issues with parking, and the parking spaces are always kept clean of ice or snow. We just love living here and would recommend it to anyone!"
"If you are looking for a new place to live or a starter home PLEASE save yourself the trouble of moving into The Station at Bucks County. A starter home should be welcoming and have somewhat of a nice community. This place is the complete opposite! From people constantly complaining and harassing it was the opposite of welcoming. Hopefully they filter out the negative community members and support their tenants so that the quality of living matches the price people are paying. If you have dogs, don’t let them paint the picture that they are welcomed because even in the buildings where they are “welcomed”, you will get calls at work with complaints. Don’t even consider a top floor apartment! Floors are thin and you will be required to pay to have them covered. For 1700 a month this treatment shouldn’t have happened! There are much better places out there with considerate management and nicer communities. This was worse than college dorm living."
"Have been living here for 1.5 years and have been extremely happy! Great location with access to the train, and the complex is very well cared for. There are always people working on the lawns and the out door appearance, as well as things that are indoors such as smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. The people in the office are friendly and helpful when there are questions or concerns. The tenant appreciation even with the free drinks (even alcohol) and food truck was a highlight for our first year! We made friends with the neighbors on our floor that night and now enjoy a monthly dinner club with them. Our floor plan has the perfect amount of space for us and we are really happy we chose this complex. Great place!"
"Moved into The Station at Bucks County with my fiance about 4 months ago and have not been disappointed. Our main concern when looking for a place to live was somewhere that is safe & friendly and The Station checks those boxes and then some. The common areas are kept clean and updated with fresh paint so you always have the feeling you're living in a newly built community. Maintenance is friendly and has responded the same day for our requests. Some of our favorite amenities of the apartment are in-unit laundry machines and a large-sized dishwasher, which a lot of places don't offer. Overall, The Station is a great place to live if you're looking for a safe, clean, & friendly environment with updated amenities."
"I have lived here for about 5 months and I absolutely love it. The apartment unit is quiet and spacious enough for my boyfriend and I to comfortably reside in. Our neighbors are friendly and the management is top notch! Since our move in day, they have always accompanied our needs or questions we had as first time apartment owners. You are allowed to have pets on the property which is another plus, and the property is so well kept, you would not even know there were animals on the facility. The train is in walking distance and does not disrupt our peace during the night hours. I highly recommend living at the Station at Bucks County for anyone who is interested."
