"They HAVE to be paying someone to write all of these good reviews. I book hotels for my company and every single person has come back with horrible feedback. When you call them they won't answer the phone and when they do if it is to get assistance, they hang up on you, especially Melissa, if that's even her real name. Customer service is HORRIBLE and you can't get anyone to help you at all."

"Pros: The hotel is clean and well maintained, the room was modern and very clean. The breakfast was better than most especially for the automated pancake maker that my daughter enjoyed. Location is close for those visiting Ann's Choice. Cons: The front desk staff either ignored you or were so abrupt as to be rude. The hot tub was only cool and covered in a dirty brown foam with hair and other debris. The pool temp was Washington crossing the Delaware. The ancient pool shower took minutes to get hot and was only a trickle. The sound of tractor trailers breaking on Street Rd was loud and disturbing throughout the night."

"Booked a room in April for October wedding. King size bed. Upon arrival they did not have contracted room available. Sold out per front desk clerk. Manager stated just because you booked a certain room does not mean that is what you will get. We were given room with smaller bed. We were one of the last to check in due to it being our sons wedding. The room had a musty smell. They also never gave the guests wedding welcome bags. Very disappointed and would never rebook. Called to explain concern's and Manager was rude. Called corporate headquarters and was told someone would call me back. It’s been 10 days!!"

"The rooms here are huge!! The room we had slept 6 people. The breakfast are solid in them mornings. Pool closed at 11pm. Did seem they let people stay and party late in the breakfast area so it was a tad louder than ya hope for at a hotel but wasn't to much of a bother. Overall a good experience and would come back."

"We have had one or two night stays here practically every other month for over a year. Mostly 4 to 5 star good experiences up to now. Noted 8/29 some deterioration in service and especially at the front desk. The previous (front desk) receptionists--all exemplary--have gone elsewhere. This (?new) lady needs a course in basic manners for communicating the desire to be helpful and constructive. There was no AM breakfast on 8/30: "...The breakfast person did not show up this morning." We hope conditions improve back to previous standard."
