"So I paid for a week in Nov, sweated in my bed, sent a feedback in with a reply I'd hear back in 3 days. 4 months later, I've heard nothing but they took my money and I couldn't sleep in their auto thermostat controlled rooms. Run far away from this garbage agency Edit: I sent my experience in months ago and got a response I'd receive a contact from management within 3 business days. 4 months and I've heard nothing but they happily took my money. Terrible business and their actions prove it"
"Vitilii is employer there he’s a wonderful guy. My daughter made a mistake by booking the wrong room and the amount of days we were staying. I was very furious and one of the workers was able to assist me and get my money back and corrected the mistake."
"Management seems to have changed multiple times over this year. Although, the Front desk staff are always polite. Deadbolts don't work on some of the rooms (incorrect strike plate installed, due direction of doors there are two options, incorrect one installed on some of the rooms). Rear exterior door entrance does not work with card entrance as they used to (less than 2 weeks ago). Digital keys are slow and work less than 50% of the time. Worst of all Hilton central customer service is horrific and has no intent on correcting issues. The responses suggesting one reach out to help.hilton etc are a waste of my time. I don't need to spend 5 minutes wading thru less than helpful menus, getting less than helpful agents, getting hung up on, calling back etc etc etc for no resolution. Phones are not in every room and each subsequent stay I have noticed the place falling slightly into disrepair. I will not be staying at Hilton properties in the future."
"My biggest complaint, which I tried to address with workers, our room and the hallways were crazy warm. These "home 2 suites" all have thermostats that are motion controlled and don't actually control the temp in the room. I'm paying 100-200 night and my AC is shutting off mid way through the night because I'm asleep and there's no "motion"? The compressor would kick on 10 seconds, then turn off while I'm sweating under a single sheet?! I'll never stay at this establishment again if the few hours I'm in my room I can't sleep comfortable and set the thermostat to where I'm comfortable. I feel like I was robbed of my money"
"I am not one to complain and am having a horrible experience in this hotel that I would like to share and then you can be the judge of what to make of it. I'm on vacation with my family and based on last review of this being near Sesame Place is why I booked this hotel. (Sesame Place is actually 30 minutes away, not that close!) We checked in yesterday night in room 222 which we are currently in until Friday (3 days 4 nights). Issue 1: When we arrived the comforter had a stain on it (pics attached). We spoke with the person at the front desk who informed me that they don't do housekeeping unless our stay is at least four days and you have to request it. He then gave me a new comforter and told me to put the stained one in the hall in front of the door. Issue 2: The desk chair has so many stains on it (check out pic below) Other reviewers have mentioned chair stains as well. Issue 3: The shower head not functioning properly and water is dripping from the bottom when you pull for the shower it doesn't go all the way up (attached) so there isn't full pressure. Issue 4: When the AC turns on it sounds like there is a loose screw. Issue 5: The 'continental breakfast' has some variety (sausage and eggs, waffle machine, yogurt, cereal, apples, bananas, small muffin, cinnamon bun) but not tasty as other reviewers have mentioned as well. Issue 6: We are in a "2 Queen Bed Studio"; the beds are double (Full) beds; not queen beds, which is false advertisement. For nearly $200 a night total (with tax) its definitely not worth it for me and I wouldn't stay here again! Maybe its just a bad experience but the person at the front desk who was trying to do what he could to be helpful said if we want clean towels we need to go down and tell him so he can hand them to us and we should throw our dirty towels outside the door. With that said, we need to give them the old dirty towels to get new ones (so we do our own housekeeping). Similarly, we need to throw out the trash and was vague on how we would get new garbage bags. With that said, he did also state: "To be honest, housekeeping hasn't been that good...they don't speak English so maybe there is a miscommunication". UPDATE: Filled out the form and contacted the company the day after on the link provided and they still didn’t get back to me! This is a crooked company to deal with!"
