"I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment in Philadelphia! I would have renewed my lease if the rent didn't increase so much but other than that I have all good things to say! The entire staff from management, maintenance, and cleaning are exceptional at their jobs and super friendly! They respond very quickly and do their best to get your concerns answered. The public areas are spotless and cleaned everyday, the mailing system is very convenient, and the carts available for resident use are great for bringing up groceries. Overall, it's a great place and I was beyond happy to call it my home!"
