"Generally had a great experience here, with a nice gym, clean lounge, and good appliances, but they kicked our butts with charges on the way out (including 1 double charge) and “forgot” to give us our last months rent, so watch for that. Noise on the roof was very rarely an issue. Plan for the move out expenses and it’s a great place to live."

"Had to call the cops twice in one night because of a loud party on the roof. Have spoken to the company owner about the loud rooftop parties before but all my emails were ignored."

"Trash has been piling up for days in the trash room & the new management isn’t doing anything about it. They also claim to have quiet hours for the building but never enforce them even if it keeps tenants awake. The new management takes days to respond or react to issues in the building. It has gone seriously downhill since CJ left."

"In a very residential area. Security is very good. Have not come across management this helpful and understanding. Inside is very clean and new. Has better gym than any other gyms around university city. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. My unit has a lot of big windows so amazing natural light. About 10 minutes walk to the campus, but bus 42 and penn west bus stops right in front. Overall, if you are looking for a place that is quiet, clean, safe to live, gets a lot of natural light and you don't want to pay unreasonable amount of rent, you won't find a better place than this."
