"We had a third floor, two bedroom apartment here for three years. The ground-level, exterior door to our building was self locking, with a 4 digit combination used to unlock it which was safe and convenient. Our apartment was BEAUTIFUL! Our very safe, sturdy, steel, door with very good locks, opened up into our large, open living room. Then, to the left was our VERY large, spacious eat-in kitchen. It had long, open, flawless, new counter tops. Brand new gorgeous cabinets on top of, and below, with TONS of storage inside, (and on top of) that took up a whole L-Shaped corner of the space. A large, stainless steel sink, with a garbage disposal. A new, large capacity dishwasher, and an electric stove that was new, and good looking, but difficult to cook with. The large, open floor plan opposite the kitchen counter tops had plenty of room for a large kitchen table and chairs, a high corner mounted HD TV, a large pantry, and a double sized sliding glass door w/ screen door that led to our private outdoor balcony that we LOVED for the outdoor atmosphere, the view, the light, and the amazing breeze it brought through our kitchen, straight through the large living room windows. There was also a large closet located in the kitchen opposite the pantry. The hallway off to the right from the living room, led to the two large bedrooms, each with big closets, two large windows. The large bathroom with big shower/bathtub, and at the end of the hall, was the large linen closet. This was the best apartment we've ever had. Plenty of large, new windows that allowed plenty of natural light, excellent cross-breezes, excellent views, and easy cleaning. Excellent closet and storage spaces. The balcony was awesome. The large, modern kitchen was excellent. The oven and range was electric, new, good looking, but not great for cooking. There were large sturdy steel security doors, with excellent locks. The walls were all super flat, new, and smooth with excellent paint. The three of us were comfortable, safe, in a beautiful apartment, that looked brand new, with beautiful, thick carpet. The amenities were all top notch. You simply won't find a better place to live comfortably, happily, and safe anywhere around. Conifer Village was a 10 out of 10 all across the board, and it lived up to its name, being nestled privately inside the surrounding conifer trees, yet right in the middle of everything you could need. Two thumbs up. A++. 100%. Happy, comfy, safe l8ving at its best!!!!"

"This is a place where everyone fights over a parking lot managers don't care and if you used to live there before they take you back but they don't check whether they used to live at before cause all they were about is the money it's funny how the person still lives in the house and still has her name on the lease and still here but doesn't check with the place where she used to live up before And that's why she is leaving But what do they care as long as they get someone in there they don't care about anyone else"
