"Very disappointed with this apartment complex. We have been living here for only 3 months and have dealt with mice, packages stolen, and trash everywhere outside. I can’t even walk my puppy without her picking up someone’s litter. The parking situation where we’re at is also horrible. I have to park down the street half the time I come home."

They are extremely helpful. The community is clean and located in a great area. I highly recommend Donnybrook Apartments."

"I have been a resident for a few months now and I love it here! This is my first apartment and I’m glad I picked it after researching all the complexes in the area. It’s extremely quiet and I have a spacious studio with great storage. Management is amazing, Janice and Nina are very helpful and understanding. Always easy to find a good parking spot and guest parking in my unit. Maintenance is super fast and the only time I had to call them out they went above and beyond. Dumpster isn’t too far and the laundry room app that tells you when your laundry is complete is very helpful. The property is very cute and quaint as well!"

"Apartment searching is extremely difficult in the economy! However Nina and Janice and the entire staff/team within Stonybrook has been nothing short of amazing! As a mom of a 2yr old toddler & expecting baby #2 Both Nina and Janice basically held my hands to help us get in to our new home months prior to the delivery of baby number#2 to ensure we are settled. No walk through required-I trusted them so much and they have never let us down and still exceed me beyond expectations. The home/ customer services /and support provided was beyond the extra mile - if I could give them 10 stars I would!! If you’re looking for a sign to move into this new community -please consider this IT! It’s more than a community it’s new piece to add as extended family. The Neighbors are extremely supportive and pleasant! Also the community is extremely clean and kept with an amazing up keep. The outside decorations for the up and coming holidays is beautiful! Thank you to my wonderful new team/family members in the office! We cannot thank you enough for this smooth transition into our new home. SIGNED- KRW"

"This is my 1st apartment and I love it! The process from scheduling a tour to settling into my unit has been a fantastic experience. I appreciate how helpful and friendly Janice/Nina (Office Managers) are. They made my whole experience simple and easy. Maintenance has been incredible and quick to address any issues. I love the unit itself because it is quiet, clean, and safe. There is so much space and flexibility with parking. Overall, I am thoroughly enjoying my stay and highly recommend!"
