"Very CHEAP you get what you pay for. Very old they hire anyone to be a maintenance man they never fix anything they just tell you they'll be back. I've been here 8 months and I've had a problem with everything! I have things that was never painted the apt is overall trash! My heat takes over 48hrs to warm my apt up and sometimes long. There's been a hot water problem every month since I moved in and every weekend since winter has started there's no on call number so you can't reach anyone on the weekend! It's not worth the money. They have a lil office for no reason because there's no on site help during the day/week. I wouldn't tell any of my friends/family to move here and I won't be here after my 1yr is up. I've seen people break there lease since I moved in for better place this was my first apt so I didn't want to do that and I'm very upset I pick this place to be my first!"

"Cheap place to live, very outdated and old. If repairs are done they do the bare minimum and keep it cheap. I wouldn't venture outside at night either, may run into some crazies."
