"I lived here a few years ago. My apartment was robbed by someone working there (Allegedly). They got in and out with a key. They knew my downstairs neighbors were away on vacation. The camera was conveniently away from the view of my apartment. I was hysterical. I was granted a month to month from Brenda, the manager. The day I moved I did a final walk with Mike, the Maintenance Manager with my movers present. Thank goodness I have 2 witnesses of the final walk. I followed all procedure. Not long after I moved, I fell into a depression. I was mentally broken and couldn't leave.my home for 2 years. Thank god I was pulled from that dark place, and back to getting my.life back. I downloaded the Credit Karma app a couple of days ago, and to my horror, there is over a $2,000 charge from Woodcrest Apartments. I immediately called Brenda. She had the nerve to say I broke my lease. As God is my witness, she knows that is a lie. What a cold hearted and disgusting thing to do. The first time I was robbed there, I took my son and left. This robbery, I will not leave. This is theft and extortion. My entire stay there was horrible. To top it off, the secretary Lisa's son, slammed my small kild on the ground. He was taken to the hospital. I never pressed charges. She remained the secretary but moved out. The statute of limitations is not.over to open the case back up.. I cant believe they are lying and trying to take money. My credit is also terrible because of the fake charge. My best friend is an Attorney, and I have several Officers and Military in my family. We are not going to let this place steal a dime from me. Stay away from this place. Offf to court we go. My movers will be subpoena and so will the Maintenance manager. Thos charge is 100% false and unwarranted . My god, people lie, steal and destroy families and could.care less. How do they sleep at night??? DISGUSTING!!!"
