"I recently moved from Stanton Plaza to Sedgwick Station and I've truly enjoyed both locations. The management has excellent communication and have been extremely helpful with my moves. Maintenance is very responsive to requests. Special shout-out to Denise, she's the best! She's great to talk to, was very quick to respond to my messages, and answered all the questions that I had. Overall she's just very willing to help."

"I only toured the property, but my experience as a potential tenant was amazing. First, when they learned I was interested, a real human being emailed me within 30 minutes. Then, Shana, my leasing representative, set a tour date that fit perfectly in my schedule. Before the tour, she provided many details about the apartment and the property. She answered questions that I didn't even think to ask. She called to confirm the appointment the day before. Third, the tour was smooth, informative, and welcoming. Not only was Shana wonderful, but so was the staff when I called the main office. I had to call them twice, and each time, a pleasant human being answered the phone. Do you know how many landlords can't get that part right? Based on the way they treated me as a prospective tenant, told me that they would be responsive and treat me respectfully as a tenant. Their level of communication was far superior to any landlord I have dealt with. I recommend that you at least visit the property. The property is pretty, clean, and quiet. Although the apartment is a smidge smaller than the average 2-bedroom, it is modern and well-maintained. It is bright and clean. The layout is comfortable and sensible. I just wanted to share my experience with you. I hope it was helpful."

"Even though I was only here for a year it felt like home. The staff is super nice and always accommodating I can honestly say I had no complaints. Good area, transportation near by and neighbors are helpful. I really can’t express enough how welcoming it was here from start to finish if you are in the market for a new apartment you have found your place!
