"Not sure why 2 other people are not happy, managment is amazing and have had to deal with so many things, opening during covid for one wells nesflash we are in a pandemic people. I have lived here for 1 year and just renewed my lease and Beth is amazing and caring and made me feel heard. Probably the 2 bad reviews are the nasty owners with dogs who cause the stains and let their dogs poop and pee on the carpets and do not clean it up and then are banned from the amazing rooftop deck with pets, I know one of them and he is nasty, entitled and mean.This place is great."

"Beth is an amazing and reasonable landlord. She works hard to address issues promptly as they come up. She really cares about the tenant experience. There was a trash collection issue and a park Ave pothole issue but both were eventually addressed and fixed. I recommend! Building is nice in a good location with a lot of nearby restaurants. Rooftop has incredible views."
