"where do i start? im writing this review for my brother. From the roaches, to the mice, to tenants stealing packages, to homeless men sneaking into the building to sleep, to people working in the building getting into peoples apartments watching people sleep (that's not related to me but was my last straw). I wouldn’t recommend 6800 market st apartments to my worst enemy. Save yourself."

"I have been working with Jenn Cullen in the Lehigh Valley area for quite a few months now to make safer living for all of the tenants in her region. She is very responsive, makes sure everything is scheduled accordingly, and always has the tenants safety as her first priority. It’s a pleasure to work with her."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unresponsive, let's tenant's live in unsafe conditions, NO communication. The condition of apartments is so bad. There's mold, giant cracks, cabinets literally falling off the walls. Freshly painted yes, but right over the gunk and bugs that were present before. They wrote on the walls as the were painting and you cal still see it through the paint. Maintenence requests take months to be answered and maintenence jobs are never fully completed. Not to mention 0 notice for when they are coming. Nothing like coming home to a Stanger in your apartment with no warning. They will literally do anything but fix the problem. DO NOT RENT AT THE ALLENTOWN LOCATION."

"I moved into a Greenzhang apartment last year. When I got to the apartment the day the lease started, there were no locks on the doors and we noticed a series of issues including rotting wood, mold, and pest problems. The largest problem we had is that the windows were all slightly broken so that heat in the winter would escape, we called several times trying to get the issue resolved (and put in a bunch of work orders). By the time they finally fixed it winter was over, and we had spent the entire time without heat. Our apartment partially flooded because no one thought to reach out to us about a pipe bursting in the building, and we were never able to reach management about the flooding. They actively ignored our phone calls, I'm pretty sure Heather blocked my number. We haven't gotten our security deposit back in two months, and can't get in touch with anyone to return it. Avoid Greenzhang at all costs."

"If I could give Greenzang and Stephen J. “0” stars I would. Horrible communication, non responsive to maintenance requests and emails, rude, unprofessional, and misleading. Their “emergancy maintenance” line rings and goes to the same voicemail that never returns your calls regardless of how many times you leave a message. Same with emails- you could send multiple requests and they are ignored. I’m extremely frustrated with this company. We were mislead, and after reading all the yelp reviews from this company I will not be renewing my lease. My washer/dryer has been broken since August for the SECOND time in less than 1 year living here.... GREENZANG promised to send out a technician finally 10/29/2020 (almost 4 months later).... and I hope they actually show up. Our living room ceiling is cracking and now the kitchen ceiling is also starting to crack.... I am an insurance agent that inspects properties on a daily basis for issues..... there’s is something wrong up there in my apartment and it also looks like water is seeping and causing bubbling on the walls... I also noticed this very evening black furry mold growing through what looks like a mold paint cover up job... There are so many other issues that would take me all night to finish adding into this review. Many tenants at this location are having communication and maintenance issues as well. I regret signing a lease with this company. I moved to 25 N 5th Ave- the Royersford Gardens location and it has been a total NIGHTMARE. Rent at your own risk."
