"The best thing about this place is JOANNE. she is a leasing agent but she literally does everything and is always going out of her way to do what she can to help every and anyone. You go to her with an issue and she makes sure it gets dealt with in a timely manner. That is truly appreciated. Dylan is also awesome he is the one that fixes things. The apartments are huge! right outside of the city. It is always extremely quiet. Always clean. Ive never seen not one roach and i live on a first floor. Overall its a good place to live."

"The amount of roaches in this place is jaw dropping...the roaches should be paying rent. These roaches are very large roaming the hallways and walls, the carpets are so old and extremely dirty. The elevator is consistently broken and it is an accident waiting to happen. Apartments are large and initially look nice, location is central but it is NOT what it seems. Do not move in."

"I'm currently a resident at Bala Apartments this place is the absolute worst. The only good thing is the location and the fact that the rent is inexpensive. The new management company took over last year and they are a disaster.The elevator has been broken for over a year, they don't fix anything, the mice and roach situation is out of control. They rarely clean the building so every ones trash juice is all over the steps. When it snow it takes them at least a day and a half to clear the snow. It takes them forever to deal with any issues if they deal with it at all. The building security is pretty much nonexistent. I've gotten several packages stolen. Basically if you don't mind theses issues than this is probably the place for you."

"I love living at Bala. It was the perfect location to be at . There’s two groceries stores right around the corner, Banks, restaurants, gas stations , you name it. Great and pleasant experience when I was there. The staff is amazing!!! The leasing office ladies are amazing. Especially •special shout-out • to Lisa Singer. She’s the best. Never have I ever had an leasing agent go out her way for her tenants. I would totally suggest this spot as a place to stay."
