"Management needs to get it together!!! My bf and I lived here for a year. Our lease ended in July, and we STILL haven’t gotten our security deposit back. I called every day for weeks only to find out they sent the check to our old mailbox in their own building despite us providing them with a forwarding address! I was told it would be sent to our new address after weeks of calling and emailing only to be left waiting again. Our experience living here was ok but totally not worth the headache of all this! Also called the corporate office for support and was met with a lot of attitude. DO NOT RENT FROM GALMAN!"

"The property manager charged us rent a month after we moved out and will not respond to any calls or emails to remedy the matter. He also lied to us about our lease period and charged us thousands in extra fees, never giving us notice of our move out date. I've reached out for months through several means of contact and have yet to talk to anyone. Don't live here. You will get scammed."

"I lived here for 3 years and am so disappointed to have my memories soured by the HORRIBLE experience we had moving out. After leaving we were notified that we “breached our contract” by staying past the end of our lease. We absolutely did not outstay our lease and had never received notice that we were there past the end date. They charged us thousands and are completely unreachable, ignoring our emails and phone calls. At first I thought it was a mistake because they are disorganized, but now it’s clear that it was a malicious scam to steal money from good tenants. Save yourself the trouble, don’t live here, and do not rent from Galman Group!!"

"I was at Ridgeview Apartments for a tour and the Assistant Property Manager Eric provided excellent service showing me the different apartment options. Eric was very kind and took the time to clarify my questions and make sure he offered me the alternatives that best fit what I'm looking for. The building looks well maintained, the apartments have nice features and were clean. Unfortunately they don't have the apartment of my choice available for the date I can move in. But definitely a nice place and excellent service."

"Great area with lots of nearby convenience stores. The price is great for what you get and that includes in-unit laundry and a gated parking lot, of which I have never had any trouble finding a spot. They keep the place well maintained and clean. The management overall has been good, though if you try to email them, you never get a response. They do answer and are friendly when you call during business hours though. Maintenance support is pretty good and typically will fix issues within a week or so of submitting a request as well. If it is urgent they come much faster. The walls are pretty soundproof so you do not hear your neighbors. I have lived here for 2 years and am only moving to try to get a place closer to my work. Would live here again!"
