Falls Bridge Lofts Apartments

"I lived here for 4 years before moving out of state. It was lovely. My dogs loved the dog park, it’s super close to downtown without feeling congested, and the units are nicely updated. My layout also had a huge bedroom. I also like that if we invited a lot of people over, we could use the basement. So many pro’s. A con of course is people that didn’t pick up after their dogs or didn’t know how to control them at all, however, this exists anywhere you go. We also met some lovely people."

"This building is an absolute gem. It has great location, with nearby proximity to the Schyukill river and all of the recreation available there, walking distance to the Wissahickon park trailhead, and biking distance to downtown Manyunk. In addition to the great location, the building itself is extremely well run and maintained and has really pleasant common areas and amenities, both indoor and outdoor. Rich, the building manager, is always responsive and does a great job making sure any unit issues are addressed promptly. I cannot recommend renting here enough to anyone who is contemplating a move to the area."

"These apartments are wonderful. Lived there for a year and a half and only left because I was moving out of state. Rich, the new property manager, is seriously one of the most professional and responsive building managers I've ever worked with. He's gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. Even though things were alright before he arrived, they are way better now! Clean, great community, very convenient and nice to be near the river. Great place to live!"

"Very good location and nice amenities. But the A/C heater window units are very loud and eat up a lot of power during winter. Still the unit was very cold. The building management was slow to react with some issues."
