"Avenue 5 is either slow to respond to maintenance requests, or it takes multiple attempts to get a response. Added fees for waste removal are put on the tenants without proper notification."

"This place is going downhill really bad. Be careful for your own good. A lot of scamming complaints from this family employed company running the show. My visit felt okay but it’s a trap after you sign your lease tbh- glad I left. Saved myself alot of peace and money. Neighbors are VERY nosey and make it uncomfortable. They’re not paying people back the money that they are owed after lying about availability on applications (it’s a few open spots there), bills are unnecessary high you’ll pay $1600 for a simple 1 bedroom. Walls thin, floors are bad, half the features are actually inside the Apts, and from whats being reported- they do not value their tenants at all. Big money grab people."

"On August 31,2022 I paid $ 200 to apply for a 2 bedroom apartment but up to this day 2/1/23 I haven’t received na answer nor have I received a refund for the $150 administrative fee although I was promised that I would get one in 6 to 8 weeks. I have called repeatedly but never get a return call from a contact person."

"UPDATE - JUNE 15, 2022 still waiting on refund check. I applied at Andorra Point and unfortunately I wasn't able to rent there. But during the application process I was required to pay a $100.00 deposit. I was told that the deposit is refundable and would be completed in two (2) weeks. Well I applied on April 24th and as of today, May 19th, 2022 I am still waiting on my $100.00 refund. I have left more voicemails than I can count and emails through any apartment listing that has Andorra Point in their listings and still haven't heard a peep from anyone. I even called the Avenue5 corporate office on May 18th early morning and no return phone call either from them. This is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe someone in management that oversees this complex will see this review and do something about their employees for Andorra Point and their lack of attention. If they are this non-responsive I would hate to be a resident there - I don't think you ever would get any help"

"Colleen is very helpful as is Jose and everyone else we've met. We moved in a few months ago and have no complaints. Finding and getting the apartment was very easy, Colleen worked with my roommate and so we could see the place based on our work schedule. I lived across the street at summit parks apartment before which while nice, had an excessive rent hike and overpriced despite it's amenities. We were bummed to leave, but I'm glad we did. This apartment is nicer, more comfortable and reasonably priced. The vaulted ceilings really make the place that much better. Great area, close to the city, next to the grocery store."
