"Spacious & lofty. Pet friendly & secure"
"Tried to get into contact as I was very interested in renting, but not once did I get a response to an email or voicemail. Disappointed."
"Auburn Station is a one of a kind complex in the Lehigh Valley. I've been here six months and really can't say enough about the complex, the staff, everything. Loft style old mill apartments. 100 year old refinished wood floors, high ceilings. The apartments are gorgeous. Security: 100% secure gated property. I never worry about my vehicle or belongings. Staff: The previous supervisor Amy was one of the kindest most thoughtful people you'll ever meet. Scott, who was the facilities manager was awesome. He was a snow removal wizard. The staff that has filled in after their departure is top notch as well. They've picked up right where Amy and Scott left off. Amentities: They've added a small gym, dog washing station, communal garden, gazebos, grills, dog walks, dog parks. Dogs are a major theme, many people have them. Overview: I try to be an objective evaluator but I struggle to find a negative about Auburn Station. The property is meticulously up kept. It reminds me of living in a park for how quiet and serene the outdoor space is minus the train. If the sound of horns and the dull sound of a train rolling past bothers you maybe look elsewhere but I enjoy it. It's a very quiet place in general. I've recommended it to a ton of people moving into the area that aren't looking to be right downtown in the largely overpriced cookie cutter apartments being built. Either way awesome place to live."
"The apartments are beautifully located and anyone who chooses to live here would be making a great decision. In regards to my rating of my experience. I am fully aware that landlords seek qualified candidates to become tenants and application processes are thorough and very scrupulous. But there should be a certain amount of professionalism in these processes, whether you're dealing with Bill Gates or Joe Shmow. Even if my credit/background were inadequate and didn't pass the application process, which I paid a non refundable $50 to do. A call back or even a simple email would be in order. Or even a reply to a voicemail I'd left in regards to my application. But it has been almost 3 weeks of radio silence since I paid the application fee, provided proof of employment, citizenship, etc and I am left to assume that I wasn't qualified since no one has gotten in contact with me AT ALL. There are good ways of doing business and this is not one of them. If you have a high volume of potential candidates then hire more people to deal with your logistics. Or if you're going to profile people and only want a certain creed or color as a tenant then put that up in the window so that the next time someone who looks like me walks by they don't waste their time and money."
"Love living at Auburn Station, the open floor plan gives you endless ways to create an awesome space. Have been living here for almost 5 years now. Would definitely recommend this for young professionals. My 2 cats love the huge windows. The gated parking is a plus living in center city Allentown."
