"Rooms are nice, front desk staff is nice. Been here for a month on work, we’ve had our towels changed maybe twice. Forget about trash being emptied or basically any other service. Bare bones a hotel needs to provide towels and trash removal. Not sure how your rating is so high. I sincerely hope you enjoy cleaning a week of trash up at once rather than just pulling it daily."

"This hotel is very clean! Immaculate! The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. They made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The indoor pool is heated in the winter and there is blow dryer in a cute bag hanging on the door in the bathroom of your room. Breakfast is provided with good options although I do think they can add turkey bacon/eggs or something besides butter and jelly for the bread. Nonetheless it satisfied because there were different brands of cereal, muffins, fruit, juices, coffee, tea and Swiss hot chocolate. The gym is also open 24 hours. If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend this hotel. It’s beautiful and the beds are so comfy with thick, warm comforters. I’ll be visiting again. "I gave 5 stars for location, because it's not too public...a bit hidden. Price is always excellent for the same amenities as Holiday, Comfort Suites, etc. Normally when full house, they offer full breakfast, but this 2nd visit to Allentown, not busy so Continental breakfast was served. It was fine. I can understand that. It's a hidden gem. Nice heated pool, and offers exercise room. Coffee/ tea throughout the day. Laundry room...!!!"

"We needed a place to rest for the night on our way down to Virginia. The price was fairly cheap and we weren’t expecting that much from it. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We arrived really late, the girl at the front desk was quick and courteous. The room was super clean. Breakfast was good. Even the maids were really kind, one especially was so sweet to my one year old daughter. Value for your money is 10/10. We will come back for sure for our future road trips. Gave a 4/5 for location just because it is near the highway so it is a bit noisy."
