"My fiancé and I really enjoyed living at La Maison. It's comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The maintenance staff were very responsive and they often steam clean/replace common area carpets, paint walls etc. The location however is by far the best part. It is very centrally located to a lot of great stores and restaurants. Would have stayed here longer if I had not bought a house. Only drawback I have was more an issue regarding PECO than La Maison. I was on the top floor of my building. For a one bedroom apartment I was paying occasionally over $200 for electric per month. My previous apartment utilities were closer to $30/month for a similar size space for comparison. PECO sent a guy over who refused to replace the meter or check anything. PECO was a real hassle, but something was for sure wrong with that electric bill. Next door neighbors said they were paying a lot less too. After months of chasing PECO I just decided to bite the bullet and put up with it till I left."

"More than just a place to rent, as a single mom, my kids and I have made this our home. The residents could not be nicer, the apartments are immaculate, and ANY request is taken care of immediately. The attention and care with which any request is satisfied is the best I have ever experienced. They are knowledgable, kind, and always very respectful of my space. The leasing office is filled with kindness and every interaction is positive. The location for the price and facilities can't be beat. I did my due diligence in looking at similar complexes and nothing in the same location/price range is anywhere close to what La Maison offers."

"I absolutely LOVE living at La Maison Apartments. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the apartments are stylish. The location is extremely convenient with a 5-star gym located in our backyard. We also love the pool and tennis courts. The management and maintenance teams are extremely professional, friendly and skilled. I cannot possibly recommend it more! Best place that I have ever lived!"

I have had the opportunity to live in a half dozen apartments before this one, but none of them can compare to overall enjoyment of living here. The apartment is beautifully designed with great amenities. The balcony, wood floors, generous space, and quality appliances are just part of what makes it such an easy & enjoyable place to live. La Maison Apartments also provides a great environment to live in helped by a regularly well landscaped area, a supportive rental office, an excellent maintenance team, and a friendly & welcoming community of residents that feels like a true neighborhood. "My husband and I have lived at La Maison for a little over 6 months. We have been really happy here! The apartments are quiet, we hear no noise due to neighbors thanks to the construction. Repairs are prompt, office staff is great, and the pool and tennis courts are really wonderful! You can't beat the proximity to Target, ACME, Whole Foods, the train station, Bo Connor park, Pour Richard's coffee shop - all within walking distance. It is a friendly community that we are really glad to call our home."
