"I have been a resident now for a few months and it has been nothing but nightmares. They coax resident into giving them 5-star reviews by giving incentives- that is the only way they would actually get any. The “newly renovated” apartments are far from renovated. Just patched up, cutting corners and costs. Also, I have to consistently keep the heat on in order to keep the place relatively warm due to the lack of insulation and draft coming from the vents. Overall wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemies."

"Fantastic location with great proximity to downtown Wayne, the train station, shopping areas, etc. If I ever have any maintenance issues, management responds almost instantly. Mark and Brian do a great job of addressing issues and thoroughly communicating throughout the entire process. My partner and I moved into a renovated unit and we're extremely satisfied with our space."
