"Should be 0 stars. Sewage issues from day 1 in bathroom. Moved in toilet clogged, did little to nothing to fix it other than “slapping it with duc tape”, terrible management, unresponsive maintenance, sewage from apartment from above dripped down into bathroom. Unlivable and management was threatening to sue when trying to break lease because they didn’t want to acknowledge issue. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Absolutely terrible slum lords."
"Quality of building went downhill fast! Rent went to a $300 increase in 2021 from 1100/ month! The new management is horrible...the building is not kept up ..dirty , covid looking carpets needs to be replaced in the public areas! Seems like every other week the water is shut off for maintenance reasons?? Laundry room is unkempt! Also, ppl steal your packages in this building! Oh and there is a delightful stench from the piling trash that you can enjoy in the summer heat. The former owner would NEVER!"
"If I could I would rate it a 0, overall the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. We had issues since the time we moved in. The first issue was basically them not cleaning the place thoroughly before we moved in. They painted over the dirt. Also, my boyfriend is allergic to cats and when we first got there we had to shampoo the carpets again due to the dirt and cat hair so I’m not sure if that was even done. Then not too long after we moved in, the balcony lights stopped working. From that point on everything went down hill. We basically had electrical issues throughout the unit the rest of the time there. And I do mean the whole unit, we literally had to have our refrigerator hooked up to an extension chord for MONTHS due to them never coming back to fix it. Originally the outlet blew behind the fridge, they took so long to come fix it we came up with our own plan to use the extension chord so our food wouldn’t get rotten. Even then we still had to wait months to get that corrected. Also, the experience we had leaving was definitely one to remember. They told us 2 months before our lease ended that they will not be renewing it. We never went a month without paying the rent however the property Manager then threatened to evict us those last two months in the beginning of February because he assumed we weren’t going to pay him for March. He also expressed how he didn’t feel we would find anything better before leaving. Very classy guy. Overall the experience was HORRIBLE definitely would NOT recommend. Also the pics attached shows the mold in the AC unit and water stains on the ceiling in the unit."
"Nice place to live! It's older but well maintained. The renovations they are making look great. Property manager is nice and easy to work with. Really nothing negative to say, lived here for 2 years and had a few typical apartment issues that were always addressed in a timely manner."
