"The apartments for the most part are in pretty good condition HOWEVER the buildings are terrible from the looks to the smell. The buildings smell awful most times you can smell the foul smell from outside directly in your apartment. The buildings need to be renovated to match the rent that tenants are paying. If you're late on a months rent management is ready to take you to court however the up keeping of the buildings are awful. Just last night as I was entering my building there were roaches crawling on the handle. The carpets smell terrible, there's dust all over the windows. Management needs to do better honestly."

"Management and staff get 5 stars. Everyone is so kind and helpful. We are grateful to be here. Tammy and Jose get 5 stars!!! Every room having a thermostat ..... that is amazing!! The apartment is spacious and the beautifully newly painted deck is an added luxury that we enjoy especially when we are out there cooking on our electric grill, planting flowers and veggies and sometimes enjoying a meal. The new deck light fixtures are beautiful. The neighbors on our floor are very friendly and we look out for each other. The assigned parking spaces add a special benefit to not driving around the complex looking for parking. Peace of mind has also been added with the on site security in the evening."

"Safe neighborhood and close to 78. Conveniently located to car wash, grocery store and gas station. Apartment comes with assigned parking spot. Apartment is spacious and reasonably priced and you can pay your rent online as well as put in maintenance request on their portal. Office staff is very friendly, and maintenance reply’s quickly to repair orders I have submitted. I would defiantly recommend you check them out."

"I have lived here for 7 years now. This is a diverse community and is vibrant with life and activity. It is a safe neighborhood to live in for sure. We have had a few maintenance requests over the years, and all of them were taken care of, some same day! The rent is reasonable for the size of the apartment (and lower than most other smaller places). We practically live on our balcony in warm seasons! Tami is the property manager and she is awesome! Friendly as heck and very professional. I know of several families who have been here for as long or longer than my family has been, one is an original tenant from when this complex opened! So whether you need a place for a month, or six or a place to call home, WWG can be it!"

"My wife and I have been Tenants here for 7 Years and we have had no problems at all except for some neighbors that are very rude. But, when we call the Mgr Tami she responds very quickly to take care of it she is a very good Mgr. The Maintenance crew especially Jose is very good when we call to let them know that something is broke they are very prompt in coming over to fix it. The only complaint that we have is that its a little pricy but we are making it work. I like the fact that Tami works with us with the rent all we have to do is communicate. The parking has improved tremendously I like it. I also like that there are cameras throughout the complex. The other complaint I have is the fact that you cant lock the main building doors. Other than what I wrote in this review I think its a great place to live"
