"I've lived in this community for several years now, and it has always been a great place. Especially our maintenance crew, who are so friendly and helpful!! Yesterday I received a call from our rental office because Chris in maintenance was worried about me, since I haven't been outside in a few days and my car hasn't moved. All is well with me, I'm just hiding from the heat wave, but it was SO nice and thoughtful to get a call like this. I really appreciate the wonderful service provided by the staff here!!"

"This apartment was great, absolutely perfect for a first time apartment. Now it is bought from stonelock properties. They change the lease and pay. The lease was stay for 1 year then month to month lease, well now its sign a new lease, so no finding a house is 10x harder because if we stay and break the lease we have to pay for 2 months then a fine. And they upped our rent a little. Maintenance was cool before, everyone is new and just has a attitude with the office and Maintenance. Your better off somewhere else, this great place changed for the worse."

"Great first apartment. Great move in deal. Perfect caring properly managers and maintenance crew. Nice community. Going to miss it here. I love it so much I had a hard time rating any less than a 5star but you should know that our 3rd floor apartment was impossible to cool down. Wall unit ACs are not permitted and we paid an arm and a leg for a piece of junk portable AC. If we end up moving its not because we were ready its because we couldn't stand the heat any longer. It's utterly depressing. So other than this major concern which affects electric cost the place is lovely for the price."
