"I was very interested in applying for an apartment at this complex, but the office couldn't be bothered to deal with a potential future resident. I expressed my interest multiple times and tried to schedule a tour, but their response times have been up to a week via email. I finally got a tour somewhat scheduled after most of my proposed times had already passed due to their lack of communication. They finally asked me what time out of two options worked, so I chose one, and they never confirmed because it was immediately the next day, so I showed up at 12:30 which is when I told them I would be there. I walked around for 15 minutes trying to find the leasing office and called their phone number 3 times because it was nowhere to be seen. No one picked up. I left a voicemail asking them to call me back - it's been days and I still haven't gotten a call. Finally, a friendly maintenance man onsite told me the leasing office is 10 minutes away from the apartments, which the manager somehow neglected to inform me. I decided to leave. Pursuing this place was a complete waste of my time. If they can't be bothered to cater to future residents, I can't imagine how horribly they treat their actual residents."

"I am moving in in a couple of weeks, but my experience with Angel the new manager and the property has been great. Even with renovations being done, Angel was as helpful as she could be and made sure that I knew what I was getting and how it would look. Very excited to be here"

"Everything has been smooth since the move in. The staff has been extremely helpful, from the manager to the maintenance team. Whenever I have questions, they get back to me within minutes. Very professional!"

"I have been living at the apartment complex for at least a month now and I can honestly say that I’m quite happy here. None of my neighbors are loud. Parking is not a problem here either. I moved into a third floor apartment and really enjoy the breeze up there. The manager Angel is very nice and does what she can to make sure everything is up to our standards and I know if there’s a problem that she will help fix it. It’s affordable here without risking the quality of a nice apartment."

"I will be completely honest and say that I do not recommend this apartment complex at all. I lived there for 2 years and I never felt like anything was ever done correctly. The water pressure would always go in and out. When it went "out," you couldn't even shower in it, and as a nurse I work odd hours. I was inconvenienced many days by this. The floors weren't level and I had to prop up bookshelves and things to make them stand level. The neighbors were rude and did not follow the "quiet" rule that after a certain time you should keep it down. The management always came into our apartment when we weren't home for "inspection." The place was just dirty, in general. Walking up the stairs to get to our floor there was trash on the ground, spider webs everywhere, a horrible smell, and just unpleasant. Oh, and the paint on the walls is FLAT, meaning every little thing will leave a mark on it, and they end up keeping your ENTIRE security deposit. Management never called me back when I moved out to ask them about giving the keys back, and therefore I never received my security deposit back period. Very fed up with this place. DO NOT LIVE HERE."
