"Note: I'm writing this review to appreciate Dom at leasing office, I do not live here, which is why I'm only giving 4 stars to not impact the review average. I was recently on a tour for an apartment, from the moment I stepped into the lobby, Dom exuded a warmth and professionalism and greeted me with a genuine smile and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Throughout the tour, Dom was very patient in showing multiple floor plans and answering all my questions. He pointed out not only the features of the apartments but also the amenities and the overall feel of the community. I would give 5 stars for Dom, only reason I went with different apartment is because it was closer to my work and had a move-in special, if it wasn't for that I would have stayed at Pheonix Village for sure."
"I lived here from June 2019 - June 2023. If Greystar never took over I'd probably give this place 4 or 5 stars and it's only getting 2 stars because of the location. The rent on our lease renewal in 2023 was going to go up $500, about 30%. After Greystar took over everything became a hassle. It felt like when tenants needed something we were bothering Dom, Alex and Tonya. We had bee nests on our deck in the summer of 2022. Pest control came and sprayed two of the nests, and didn't remove them. There was a third nest in the siding of our apartment beside our deck, which bees got into our apartment through the vents. They told us sorry there's nothing pest control can do. You have to pay for parking. If you get an outside lot spot, be prepared for your spot to be taken every other weekend. The pool is always full with tenants bringing lots of friends because the pool policy is never followed. If you are thinking of moving here, make sure you ask how many and what type of dogs are on that floor. The third floor of building two was a kennel during working hours. They do not bother contacting tenants whose dogs are constantly barking. And with that, 75% of the dogs in this building should not be allowed there according to their own lease (big breeds). These dogs also go to the bathroom in the hallways. The owner hired Greystar to save money, which they probably did. When we moved out, the building was around 60-70% full, which should tell you something. Also, do not believe some of the 5 star reviews here they are employees."
"This is how they treat their residents…. I had trouble putting the top up on my antique Mercedes so I parked it in the garage because it was raining. The top was half way on and it was obvious that there was an issue. It was parked between pillars out of everyone’s way and not occupying anyone’s spot. Not only did they tow the car but just to be jerks they put this sticker that is very difficult to peel off right in-front of my view on the drivers side of my windshield. They are extremely inconsiderate and their apartments are worse than section 8 housing UPDATE: They’ve been asking employees and sub contractors or friends and family (non residents) to leave fake 5 star reviews to make up for their pathetic score…. Very scummy people"
"I've lived at Phoenix Village back in 2019-2020 in a 2 bedroom and moved back to the Village in 2022 in a 3 bedroom (now married with a family of four). Both of my experiences have been excellent! The apartments are beautiful and in walking distance to everything in town! The amenities are fantastic-pool and hot tub to die for! Great little gym and movie room our family really enjoys. Our kids love it here as well! Super dog friendly too. The staff ( Dominich, Alex, and Joe) are always positive, professional, and pleasure to work with! We love just Phoenix Village!"
"I moved into Phoneix Village 1 bedroom apartment in the beginning of May 2022 and I absolutely LOVE IT!! This is such an open, fun, and entertaining place to live in! The managers are always available for any questions or concerns. There are always fun activities that you can attend with your neighbors for free every month as well. The atmosphere here is unbeatable!! I would absolutely recommend checking out an apartment here."
