"Been living at Oakwoof manor over 2 years and have no complaints. Noah was very nice and helpful in our transfer to a remodeled apartment. Love the neighborhood and the quiet atmosphere."

"I would not recommend this apartment building to anybody. The apartments are extremely dirty and are infested with roaches. There is trash everywhere inside and outside, and they have a cleaner come in once every 2 months if you’re lucky. The property manager Noah is completely unresponsive when trying to contact him. There was a fire in the laundry room and we were not notified until 24 hours later because Noah didn’t check his phone or email and it took 3 days for them to clean up the ashes in the common area. I’ve called for issues of my neighbors below smoking cigs inside and the smell leaking into my apartment and nothing was ever done for it. Not even a email reminding tenants they cannot smoke inside. Maintenance is essentially nonexistent. They do not abide by the 24 hour notice rule of entering your apartment which is clearly in the lease. Greenzang Properties does not care about its tenants, just about getting a check every month for a severely overpriced apartment."

"The only reason someone would live here is if they were really desperate and had no where else to go. That is my experience after living here for almost 2 years. The roach reviews are true, management is bad, and the rent is way overpriced for what it is. They changed the locks without letting anyone know once, and I had to reach out to them for a new key. Communication is nonexistent. The one star is for the maintenance guy Kurt. He truly seemed to care about us and our issues with the unit and was always just a phone call away."

"My best friends live here and are treated awfully, the hallways reek, and there were roaches in their apartment. Everyone in the building had to be out for four hours last week for pest control, but clearly nothing was solved because there were still roaches afterwards. Management also is no help."

"This place is a true HELL ON EARTH!!!! Save your time and hard earned $$, and move elsewhere!! We tried to move my elderly mother in 2 days ago, and the apartment was not even cleaned, and was filled with roaches!!! Fran the so called property manager will do nothing about it! When my mother has tried to question her many times, she decided to yell in her face, and tell her that she’s not even going to get back her security deposit for not wanting to be there!!! This place is poorly run and Miss Fran should be ashamed of herself for allowing these poor people to live in such unhealthy and filthy conditions for the monthly price of $1,975.00! Pictures do not lie!"
