"I just applied for a 1 bed apartment here. My moving day is on September. I most say that Lisa has been great so far. She made everything so easy and quick for me. It only took 3 days from me applying to her giving me a approval. At the beginning I have some issues due to my credit history (not much credit) and she found another way to help. "Excellent Value, Great Neighborhood, Pet Friendly, Caring Management. When I was looking for a pet friendly, heat included apartment in the Lehigh Valley for my sister and her children, Highland Gardens quickly stood out as our number one choice. With utilities - gas heat, trash, water, and sewer - all included in the rent, and a vintage 2 bedroom apartment on the larger side, it provides an excellent value. The only utility bill you have here is the electric bill and it is very reasonable. The monthly pet rent is also reasonable as compared to other apartments in the area. All together, it makes staying on budget a whole lot easier! But it's not just the dollars and cents that make it a value - it's also the beautiful residential West Allentown neighborhood where the apartments are located. You will fall in love with the neighborhood, which is mostly single family homes, not a conglomerate of apartment complexes as you find in some other areas. It is very safe here and there are a lot of pet loving residents who are friendly and considerate. Parking is never a problem - my sister always finds a spot on the street near her building entrance. And finally, I can't tell you enough what a helpful and caring person the manager, Kathy DelSerro, is. We had several issues with moving my sister from another area, and Kathy was understanding, patient, helpful, and kind. She worked with us to make it happen, and we could not be happier. After move-in, there were a few minor issues and they were handled quickly. Kathy is not on site every day, but she is very responsive to email and answers phone messages when she comes in. We had to use the emergency number once and the response was timely as you would expect. We didn’t look at the newer contemporary apartments at Highland Gardens, which have all the amenities, for those who desire them, and higher rents. My sister is in one of the older vintage apartments, and as such, they aren't perfect, but that is also part of their charm. The kitchen and bathroom are a little small, but they are functional and suitable for most people. The kitchen has built in wooden cabinets like they used to have in the old days, with charming glass doors in the middle section. What's lacking in space in the kitchen and bath is made up for with nice size rooms in the living and sleeping areas. If you are looking for value, a pet friendly apartment, a great neighborhood, and competent, caring management, I recommend you check out Highland Gardens."

The apartment has been well-kept and the neighborhood seems very safe. The location is convenient to all necessities and the residents nearby and in my building appear to be very friendly. "I have lived here for over a year now and I absolutely love it! It is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood that is close to the highway and stores. neighbors are very quiet and nice. The apartments are very spacious and they offer a lot of storage space and great options for garage/parking spaces. Kathy made me feel at home right away and made a big move feel very easy for me. They are always very quick with any maintenance requests and are constantly updating things to make the buildings even better. This is a fantastic place to live!"

"Moving across the county is not easy, the current management was very supportive as I relocated from Los Angeles to Allentown. Kathy and her team are approachable, professional, and respond to questions and concerns quickly. They are constantly working to improve the quality of the complex since taking over the property.
