The amenities are all nice from the gym to the outside grill, the Wi-Fi included with the amenities is a great deal. Parking is convenient in the attached garage."

"Pricey place to live when you get out of your apartment and see dog waste in front of your door, hallways and elevators. Smell of dog urine on the elevator is disgusting. People smoking weed on the parking deck or inside of their apartments is constant. Some residents like to place their garbage bags on the hallways instead of the garbage room! Definitely moving out after my lease is up! Their lease break up fee is ridiculous… Want to leave on a quiet place look somewhere else."

"1) I live in a studio unit facing the 7/11 and the noise from the street is very loud and annoying. There is always the sound from the 7/11 security system announcing “Thank you for shopping at 7/11, for your safety the parking lot is being video recorded”. The sound issues are actually pretty bad for anyone wanting a street facing apartment. It’s very annoying to always hear street noise and sometimes it feels as though I’m living on the street from all the traffic noise coming via the A/C unit from the street. It’s especially bad on the weekends and during remote work meetings or late nights. 2) While the apartments are newish. The price point for this size of apartment is insane to me. There are many other monthly hidden costs for parking and for amenities etc. 3) Some residents let their dog poo/pee in the hallways and in the elevator which is super gross. I witnessed this at least 4 times in the elevators. 4) Extreme police activity in the area may make someone new to Allentown a bit cautious from venturing too far away and about their surroundings (not a good neighborhood and infested with hard drug users). 5) There needs to be an enforceable noise restriction in the area, and on the streets, and specifically in the 7/11 parking lot, because without it city center area has become unideal location for living with with some solitude. DON’T get a street facing apartment, is my best advice for anyone looking to move here."
