"Terrible company. Applied here and was told to call back in a couple of days and check on my status. Call back and they can’t find my application. They call me back an hour later stating I was denied due to not having any credit. When I say I can prove to them that’s a lie cause I have a good credit they tell me there’s no way for them to accept it. Seems like they had no idea what they were doing. Terrible!!!"

The Manager Kim Green was superb in her Customer service I had a water leak from a apartment above me and she had a carpet Restoration company at my apartment within 2 hours of the situation also a day later There was a another. Water problem at night After 9 pm and she was diligent in getting Maintenance help for me late at night to help with the situation Kim ,s tenant. Service is Second to none and she should highly Commended for her management skills"

"Overall, these are really nice apartments. Maintenance is on top of things, the property manager is really nice and it’s overall clean! The only thing I do have a bit of a problem with is the loudness early in the morning and late at night upstairs. But then again, it’s an apartment building so I can’t really say anything!"

"The two bedroom apartment is huge for the price you pay. Kitchen could use a little more storage and counter space. Community is great. Maintenance issues get taken care of quickly. Pet friendly with a huge field in the back for pets. Basketball court area for kids. Plenty of parking. Overall an enjoyable place to live."

"DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER LOOKING TO LIVE HERE. I've moved In 2 years ago to a completely flea infested apartment on the basement floor that wreaked of cat urine. With not even a record of cleaning/treating the carpets they refused to change them. There was a huge problem with flooding, our carpets were a wet sponge for at least a month and were getting moldy so we requested a new unit on the 2nd floor. Guess what. More fleas! I'm concerned with my own and everyone else's safety living here and am starting to get the county code enforcement involved. They way this place treats tenants is COMPLEATELY SICKENING."
