Farmington Court Apartments

"Moved in about 1.5 years ago. We moved in under the promise of a new patio and patio door. As I’ve said, been here 1.5 years and still waiting on a new door. The renovations are nice, but windows and control box in closet installed improperly so our electric bill shoots up into the hundreds for a 2 bedroom apartment. In this climate, you need heat November-April, so be prepared to pay hundreds for half the year. The drafts are ridiculous. Neighbors smoke in their apartments, so it often stinks in the halls. It seems the property manager is trying, but the necessary changes will cost big bucks and you can tell the owner just doesn’t want to spend it. Looks for cheap fixes. Once our lease is up, we will be moving out. 2 years of this is plenty. Way overpriced in rent for what it is."

"Parking is extremely tight. People smoke cigarettes inside the buildings. Hard to walk around or have kids play in grass without stepping in dog poop. The apartment itself needs serious upgrades. My heater constantly broke. The cabinets in the kitchen are old and shabby and lined with brown construction paper. Price is too high for cheap living"
