"I've lived here 2 yrs rent has gone up $30.00 each year! Knats congratsat the front door because of using pine bark mulch from pine trees being diseased, people that mow the lawn don't always clean walkways, told Kay about it her response was I'll tell maintenance ,first of all it's not maintenance's responsibility !. Do compalin about things especially when they affect me and I'm trying to eat my dinner and bugs are flying around in the kitchen! Maintenance are good they respond quickly to an issue! The apartment next door to me has bugs on the door that hang there just waiting to zoom in the women that lived there won't clean her door off the exterminator sprays which seems to draw the bugs! I wonder if the staff is living beyond their means when it comes down to cutting back on their food or essential items? We all seem to wonder ! There should be a limit to what the complexes can raise the rent! I'm going to look into this ! I don't like to be lied to"

"It’s a great place to live, Kay and Pat in the office are really nice! The maintenance guys are awesome as well, any issues or problems they are on it right away! Never had any issues while living here for the past two years, friendly neighbors as well."

"Amazing place to live I live on the first floor two bedrooms and they are the absolute best place around for this price the maintenance here is awesome two people on sight 24/7 if you call maintenance there usually there within a hour or less apartments are clean and very nice looking appliances are Kenmore which is a good brand pool is very clean and they have life guards on duty during season very very accommodating I'm on a cane so I have a handicap spot out front neighbors are amazing size of the apartment is good Kay the office manager is very nice can't complain about anything. I would highly recommend this place compared to other places around here also there very pet friendly my pug gets a dog treat every time she see a maintenance man"

"I currently live here. The staff is all fantastic, maintainence is fast and thorough, the rent is extremely reasonable, and parking is plentiful and feels safe. It's a great location and operation, here. The apartments themselves are roomy, clean, with plenty of windows and storage. The grounds here are also always beautifully maintained, and plowing/salting is always fast. I have no faults to give this place, and for anyone looking for a decent sized apartment in Pottstown should start their search here!"
