"I wanted to give this place a better review since the first few months living here were fine, but the last several months have been ridiculous. The apartments themselves are nice enough, however not nearly enough to be considered "luxury" as advertised. Between the replacing of the siding waking us up at 7 in the morning on and off the last 5 months, to increasing our rent $300 in a single year for an unfurnished, 2 bedroom apartment, I cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone as it stands. If you don't mind huge price hikes, random apartment inspections with less than 24 hours notice, and workers outside your window at 7:30am, then this is the place for you."

"Management & Maintenance Team The team at Indian Ridge are top notch. They are responsive and on top of the needs of tenants. They are friendly and a pleasure to interact with. Building Quality These buildings were constructed sometime in the early 80's and show significant wear and tear. The wooden construction is creaky, and some appliances and fixtures are 80's original. There have been issues with building permeability and plumbing. Overall Having lived in many rental markets around the country, this is not a 'luxury' apartment complex and honesty would compel a naming modification. Nothing wrong with an aging asset but that is what it is. Excellent team. Old buildings."

"I lived in one of the newer models for about 3 years. I was on the ground floor looking out at the woods. The amenities were new and nice. It was a quiet building and often I would see deer and other fauna walking around during sunrise and sunset. My unit was also partially built into the hill and remained warm in winter and cool in summer. I never used an A/C but your experience may vary. The complex is located near a Wegman's and the Oakdale Mall. Easy access to the highway as well. I don't really have any complaints. Twice my upstairs neighbor flooded my kitchen and both times the full cleanup and repairs were completed within 24 hours. Do be aware the plumbing on the lower floors seem to be connected to the upper floors. Every few months I would have to call maintenance to unclog the bathroom shower and sink and they would pull out hair that was not mine. These requests were completed same day. Overall 4.5 out of 5 stars."

"I have lived here for 3 years and this is certainly one of the best apartments I have experienced in the US. I am an experienced apartment hopper, having lived in several good apartments across several large cities in Midwest, North East and South East and can confidently state Indian Ridge is awesome - especially the "Contemporary style" units. The maintenance is top-class and super responsive - the best I have experienced. The apartments are spacious, well-lit, have open kitchen styles (in contemporary units) and have nice balconies/patios with great views of the surrounding hills. They offer flexible lease terms - again, not common in most places. The location is quiet and convenient - Oakdale mall and more importantly, WEGMANS is just 3 minutes away! Though they are a bit expensive compared to other apartments in the area the apartments are totally worth it. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend this place."
