"Living here has been an amazing experience! I was so nervous about moving to a new place without knowing anyone. However, when I met Mr. John and Ms. Joy I knew that I would be just fine. Whenever I have a maintenance concern or any type of question, they are always available and respond promptly. They are just like my parents away from home."
"I've lived here for a little over 18 months and absolutely love it! The location is extremely convenient to all of my needs. It is about a mile away from three grocery stores, a mall, several shopping centers and the post office. The neighborhood is walkable and their are about four local eateries within a five minute walk. There's also a nearby park that is family friendly. The building is also a quick drive to I81, I86, and about 15 minutes from the airport. The building itself is well kept and has covered parking. Big plus for Binghamton winters! Each unit has a very large balcony. There is on site coin operate laundry which is generally available. It's a quiet building of professionals. And the surrounding neighborhood itself is pretty quiet. The apartments are spacious with plenty of closet space, and a huge pantry in the kitchen. I have a 2 BR and it has 5 closets (not including the pantry)! The landlords are very nice and genuinely care about the tenants. I recommend this building to any professional needing an apartment but wanting the feel of a "home", which often does not come with large apartment complexes."
