"This placed has promised residents an elevator for over a year now and separate storage for personal belongings and have never delivered. Then this year crushed all the tenants with a 10% rent hike. These owners are a disgrace and should be ashamed of themselves. Lying to our elderly and taking advantage. If you love your parents don't let them come here."
