"Stayed one night for a concert at Mohegan Sun Arena. The front desk was great. Friendly. The breakfast was awesome, those ladies do a great job. Room was clean, but no toiletries besides hair conditioner. Very nice hotel, the only thing I would recommend for improvement is move the toiletry dispensers that are inside the shower to under the shower head or the opposite side. They are in the way where they are. Would definitely stay again."
"Absolutely loved this hotel. My 5 year old son was in heaven. Very clean. Staff was very friendly. The studio room was more than enough and split up the room very nicely. Price was great. Pool hotel was clean and sleek. Morning breakfast had a great selection which was much better than other comparable breakfast hotel offerings. Lobby was very nice and inviting."
"Absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Everyone who works here, from Brianna, Grace, Tay, Diamond, Larry, Tamika and the rest are all incredibly friendly, helpful and do their best to make you feel at home away from home."
"Great place except for the pet fee. Staff was really great and the place was also. Breakfast was far better than most hotels where it is included in the price. The nightly fee at $168.72 was also very fair. We will probably stay there again because we go back and forth between Vermont and Charlotte, NC a few times a year even with the pet fee, but that pet fee really bothers me. The 1 star overall is just to get the hotel's attention. Except for too high of a pet fee, it was probably the best right off the highway travel hotel we have ever stayed at. $100 is far too much for one night, it feels like extortion because we have to travel with our dog, Taco. $20 to $30 would have been fairer. Even then, being a landlord, we don't charge a pet fee because it's the tenants and kids that are the problem, not the dogs. It just felt like they could legally do it (unlike a kid fee) so they took advantage of it. I would say the thing to do is have a $100 deposit and if there are no issues, rebate $70 to $80 of it. That would be fair."
