"In September I bought a 2007 Prius with 123K miles on it. They let me drive the car to my mechanic who did a pre-purchase inspection. The car was in great condition, save a few specks of chipped paint. The interior was in great condition as well. I have driven it 5K miles since I bought in September and have had zero problems with it. Diana was awesome! She did all the paperwork for me to include transfer of car plates from my trade-in vehicle. She also matched the trade-in value that Carmax offered which brought down the total price of the vehicle. It was a great car buying experience. I would absolutely recommend!"

"Office lady was great. Salesman told me everything I wanted to hear even if it was false information. Even used his tool to reset the dash lights that were on. Once I bought the truck and drove for a day or two, all the dash lights started to come on. I had to install a new catalytic converter and four new tire sensors, after 2 days of owning the truck. You might get lucky buying a car from this dealership, but they truly do not have an idea what is going on with the vehicles they buy at the auctions. So I would only purchase a vehicle from this dealership if I was a mechanic or at least had a mechanic check check it out before you buy."

Communication with Diana, the representative I worked with, was fast and informative. (I very much appreciated having the text availability for communication which is important these days.) Felt like I had a private sales concierge. I also had the chance to interact with the very professional manager and never once felt like he was trying to “make the sale.” He answered questions and provided info, was very nice.
