"Bought a car from them before getting out of the Military and relocating to Florida. When getting tags for the vehicle I explained I needed Florida ones or not to bother with it and give me back the money paid for the tags in the purchase. They said they would get Florida tags, but when they were unable they got Virginia tags instead (despite me asking them not to) and told me they would reimburse me for the Florida tags I would pay for myself upon relocation if I provided a receipt. I sent them the receipt as requested and was told they would handle it when they returned to the office. After numerous times calling they do not answer my phone calls or return them anymore. They lied to me for months regarding this issue and not a year into having the vehicle I have had to have the transmission rebuilt among other issues. I heavily do not recommend them."

"I had the worst experience with Bary Motors. They sold me a vehicle and the check engine light came on before I got home. The tires were bad. The temperature didn't work and I had a leak in the steering wheel fluid. I went by there several times and they didn't want to help me at all. I was giving the owner's number and it just rang and rang with no voice mail. I was told that it had one owner when it had 5 and it was involved in a car accident. They left my tags in another car for me to pick up on the way home. They didn't even hand them to me. When I asked where the saleswomen was that I dealt with, I was told that they don't know who she is. I took a 4,000.00 lost. I they really didn't care"
