Basically, they will try to charge you extra any way they can. When I talked to the billing coordinator, he told me that "it was not illegal to do so." I immediately found another pediatrician. What kind of pediatrician monetizes a parent asking questions out of concern for their child during a regularly scheduled appointment?"
