"We were so excited to have Dr. Pullman as our babies first doctor. She came to our room in the hospital for our first visit and we were very impressed. The downfall was after we left the hospital. We were assigned another doctor at the office and she was very nice but she didn’t seem to have the experience we were looking for. The biggest struggle we had was the front desk. They lost our appointments, had issues with contacting them and getting information from them. They have no online portal, so no reminders about appointments and no easy access to records. Everyone is very nice but it’s dated and the front desk needs some better practices."
