He avoids using confusing medical talk and talks to the parent respectfully and delivering his diagnosis in a understandable explanation. He makes it comfortable enough, you seem invited to asked questions or requests further explanation. You don't feel afraid voice confusion and he never makes you feel talked down or annoying.He is calm, patient and full of knowledge. He notices things of importance even when you have not discussed it. He won't assume, but he will ask and make you feel equally involved. He doesn't judge, but will give you his advice and professional opinion with out sugarcoating it. An astounding doctor.
