"Dr. Villagra has been kids doctor since they were born. From the start he has been amazing. He is patient and answers all your questions and will never rush off to get to the next patient. He remembers our kids and things about them likes and dislikes, even when we haven't seen him in awhile. He knows how to make kids laugh and eases our worries and helps to find solutions to our concerns. I recommend Dr. Villagra all the time and he will continue to be our kid pediatrician including the new member to our family. We are grateful to have not just a doctor that cares about our kids health, but a human being that cares about each family that visits his clinic it’s more than just a doctor he treats his patient as his family."
"I have been bringing my son here since he was a newborn(Feb 2020). I Haven’t had any issues with Dr. Villagra or the nurse practitioner. They are GREAT at what they do. They always take their time with us and always answer any questions I have. Lately my issue has been with the front desk staff. I have called to make appointments and they are rude and seem like they don’t want to help at all. It’s been a hit or miss with the front desk staff lately. My son had an appointment to get the flu shot for 12/17/22 (which I called for on the first week of Dec. and was a hassle to make the appointment because the person who took my call kept pushing to book me for a Monday-Friday time slot and I had to over explain how because of my work schedule I could only do Saturdays). They just called me to let me know they have to cancel the appointment because they just ran out of flu vaccines. Very unprofessional, if they knew they had people booked for flu shots, why not make sure you have enough flu doses instead of waiting til you run out to cancel all flu vaccine appointments. It just seems like there is no good communication with the front desk staff. About a month or two ago I was double booked for an appointment front desk didn’t even realize it until they called me twice to confirm two separate appointments for the same thing. I love Dr. Villagra but the frustration with the front desk staff is really making me consider on changing doctors for my kid."
"I am very sad with the doctor's office, I have been taking my children there for 6 years! At the end of the year my youngest son had a very strong pneumonia I took him 4 times to the emergency room when he left the hospital they sent him to the doctor I called to make an appointment and they said there was no appointment for a patient of his! I had to urgently seek another doctor to see the child who had a high fever! Yesterday my son had an appointment they left me waiting 30 minutes and they told me that my insurance was inactive, she laughed and showed me a paper and said if I was going to pay for the appointment I said I could pay but I would call the insurance because it was not inactive, she left me locked up for 1 hour I asked if I could pay right away to go out with the child another one said I couldn't pay and that I would have to wait! I was super upset I almost left but I waited for the doctor and told him everything! In the end the insurance paid and there was nothing wrong with the insurance! I waited for over 2 hours! I really like the doctor but the girls are not good professionals"
"Not sure if they need to replace the phones or replace the staff. Takes forever for someone to answer the phones & then once they put you on hold. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes. Front desk staff is rude & inadequate. No customer service skills. Don’t know how to fax properly. The medical assistants in the back are great & always respectful/kind. The doctor is engaging. It’s unfortunate the front desk staff is ruining his practice. Had to transfer out to an office that doesn’t overbook their providers and cares about how to treat patients & parents."
"He is definitely a great Doctor, very knowledgeable and caring. I live about 40 minutes away but I don't mind the drive because is not always easy to find good Doctors. People at the reception have always been very helpful whenever I've needed to change my appointment time. I will continue to bring my daughter to Right Care Pediatrics."
