"I’ve been a few times now. Doctors are fine but the experience visiting this place leaves much to be desired. Front desk associates are miserable. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. One time I was wrongfully transferred to another department who said, “oh yeah they don’t answer the phone very much in that office” when I said I was looking for pediatrics. ?! The pediatric office manager is awful and on a power trip. Pipes in the ceiling make it sound like an air strike is happening. The facility is old and falling apart. Waiting room is a depressing, depressing place. And it’s for children! Has also taken me 3 days countless calls and emails trying to hunt down a note for my son to return to school. Visiting a pediatrician office should not be this difficult and unpleasant! Do not recommend."
