I brought in forms that needed to be filled out by a VA licensed Dr and although I signed releases for him to communicate with my child’s specialist he refused to fill them out. We had been seeing him for years. Not only did he not understand the childrens specialist at Hopkins and KKI he purposefully had my child dropped from services. I should report him."
