"This shop hike up prices for services and coupons are funny because it's a joke. I went in because of the coupon for front brakes and router and the coupon was for that. The price with coupon for only front brakes was $817.00 on a 2019 Chevy Equenox. The manager hung up on me and Tim the one who drew up the paperwork tried to convince me that they used special brakes and pads. DON'T COME IN THIS SHOP EVER."

"I am the opposite of impressed with this Dealership. Not only does the used Vehicle i bought from them has major undisclosed issues, that presented themselves right after the possible return date (I'm sure the check engine alert was erased in order to sell the car), my trade in vehicle was already shipped out before my financing was approved. The only reason for me getting an ok deal in the end was that they had breached contract by doing so, and were not able to return my old vehicle to me to opt out of rewriting the terms of the contract in their favor. I already had a Grand worth of repairs on a good looking vehicle i bought less than 2 months ago. Not a good way to make business, and the first and last time Ourisman will get business from me and my family."
