"Avoid at all costs. Worst service department that I've ever had to deal with and you will be out a lot of money for nothing. Calling DARCAR corporate wasn't helpful either. Even was chatting with a member of their sales department when looking at a new cars on the sales floor while waiting for my car to be "repaired" tell me how bad the engines are in Kia Souls.... after I purchased one and had my whole engine replaced once already. Gee Thanks, that was great to hear... now! and you want me to buy another one? No thank you! Find another dealer otherwise you are taking your chances especially if you are a woman."
