She's not the PCP I normally see and I have a pretty complicated medical history, but she treated me as if I was a long-time patient she truly cared about, not as a difficult patient she had to see because her colleague was not in the office that day. She asked insightful questions and was quite knowledgeable. Because she paid close attention to symptoms I was having, outside of the main reason for my visit, she ordered an additional test that ultimately led to quick treatment for another serious condition. I'm not crazy about the fact that all calls to the actual doctors' office are routed first through a call center. But going through that to get to Dr. Luneburg is definitely worth it."
